Terms of Use
In short: Aba Hustle is a free game for fun. The money in it is not real. We use real Aba places as the setting, but we are not linked to the government or any business shown. Play fair, be respectful, and enjoy.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Aba Hustle (abahustle.app), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Aba Hustle is run by the Aba Hustle team in Nigeria. Contact us on WhatsApp: +234 806 725 0524, or email hello@abahustle.app.
2. Who can play
Anyone can play as a guest. To create an account you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. It's a game
- Fiction. The story, characters (including Uncle Ike, the mentors and customers), in-game businesses, orders, prices, investors and events are made up for entertainment. Any resemblance to real people is a coincidence.
- Real places and news are the setting only. Aba Hustle shows real places such as Ariaria International Market, Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Enyimba International Stadium, Enyimba Hotel and Osisioma Industrial Layout, and short news lines about Aba. They are there to celebrate the city. News lines may be simplified or out of date and are not official information.
- No real money. The naira (₦) earned and spent in the game is fictional. It has no value, can't be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged, and is not a prize. Aba Hustle involves no betting or gambling.
- Not advice. Nothing in the game is business, financial or legal advice.
4. No official connection
Aba Hustle is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Abia State Government, any local government, Enyimba International FC, Enyimba Hotel, Radisson Hotel Group, any market association, or any other organisation or business named or shown in the game, unless we clearly say a business is a paying advertiser. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Adverts
- Billboards, Ad Wall tiles and sponsor places marked "Sample ad" use made-up businesses to show how advertising works.
- Real adverts are placed by the businesses that pay for them. Each advertiser is responsible for its advert and for making sure it is truthful and lawful. Showing an advert does not mean we recommend that business. Deal with advertisers at your own judgement.
- We may refuse or remove any advert.
6. Your account and fair play
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose a respectful name. No insults, hate, sexual content, or pretending to be someone else.
- Don't cheat, edit your saved game, hack, overload or attack the game, or submit false scores.
- We may hide scores, remove names, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
7. Our content
The game's design, code, artwork, characters and text belong to Aba Hustle. You may share screenshots and your result cards. Please don't copy or resell the game.
8. The service
Aba Hustle is new and still growing. We provide it "as is". Features may change, and the game may sometimes be unavailable or lose progress. We may change or stop the game at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for any loss connected to adverts, third-party businesses, or your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and continuing to play means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
